‡ Pumping coverage includes one standard system pump-out every three years, provided routine maintenance and safe access to lids/risers are maintained. Additional pumping required due to abnormal usage, non-compliance, blocked access, or system neglect is billed at standard rates.
§ Repair coverage includes sprinkler heads, aerator service, float replacements, spray pump replacements, and chlorine feed maintenance. Aerator rebuilds or replacements are provided at material cost; labor is included under the Total Care Plan. Coverage excludes full tank replacements, damage from abuse, storm events, improper access, or third-party work. $500 one-time Septilink setup fee not included.
